Novum Creative provides branding, design, web development, consulting, and related creative services. Each project’s scope, deliverables, and timeline will be defined in a written proposal or contract.

2. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • A deposit may be required to begin work.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion or as specified in your contract.

  • Because our services are custom and time-based, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You retain ownership of your original materials and content provided to us.

  • Novum Creative retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused creative materials.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a license or full rights (as outlined in your contract) to use the final deliverables.

You may not resell, reproduce, or modify our work without written permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that any content you supply does not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.

Delays in communication or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but we cannot guarantee specific business results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novum Creative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

6. Termination

Either party may end a project or agreement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment of any completed or in-progress work up to the termination date.

7. Website Use

You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or to harm, disrupt, or misuse its functionality. Unauthorized attempts to access secure areas or data are prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts within Virginia, USA.
