Hi, I’m Jason, the founder of Novum Creative. I’m a Roanoke native with a deep appreciation for this community - its creativity, its grit, and its genuine spirit. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful good design and clear storytelling can be in helping small businesses stand out and grow, and that’s what inspired me to start Novum.

My inspiration for Novum is simple: I want small business owners and creators to shine their way. More and more, I’ve noticed big-box companies all marching to the same drummer, producing work that feels identical and impersonal. That’s not what creativity is about. At Novum, we march to your beat. Every project starts with listening, learning, and finding the heartbeat of your story so we can help your brand feel as authentic and one-of-a-kind as you are.

We know the struggle of balancing great ideas with limited resources. That’s why Novum is built for small businesses who want agency-level work without the agency overhead, combining thoughtful design with a personal, hands-on approach.

To me, creativity is more than design; it’s connection. I love helping people bring their vision to life, whether through branding, web design, or strategy. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, strumming a guitar, hiking the Blue Ridge trails, or casting a fly into a quiet Virginia stream.
