Absolutely. Novum is rooted in Roanoke and Southwest Virginia but I work with small businesses across the country. The biggest difference is direct access. When you work with Novum you work with me, Jason, from the first conversation to the final delivery. Yes. Not every engagement starts from scratch. If your site is solid but your visibility, content, or social presence needs work, we can focus there. I will be honest with you if I see issues with your current site that are holding back your results, but I am not going to push a rebuild you do not need.
I work best with service-based small businesses, contractors, local retailers, nonprofits, and community-focused organizations. Process & Working Together

Every project starts with a discovery conversation so I understand your business before I touch anything. From there I build a clear scope, we align on direction, and then I get to work. You will always know where your project stands. I do not disappear after the deposit clears.
It depends on the scope. A focused brand identity project typically runs three to four weeks. A full website build runs four to eight weeks depending on complexity and how quickly content comes together on your end. Larger combined projects take longer but I always give you a realistic timeline before we start, not an optimistic one.
Mostly your time and your honesty. The best projects happen when a business owner is genuinely engaged in the process, responds to questions, and shares real information about their business. I handle the strategy and execution. Your job is to show up for the conversations and give me the raw material to work with.
Delivery is not the end of the relationship. Most clients stay on through a partnership or monitoring plan so their site, content, and visibility keep moving forward. If you want to take it from there on your own I will make sure you know exactly how to do that. Either way you leave with something built to last, not something that falls apart in six months.
