What happens after I fill out the contact form?
You will hear from me directly, usually within one business day. Before we even talk I review what you submitted so I already have a sense of what you are looking for and how to approach the conversation. From there we set up a time to talk and that first call is about listening. Your goals, your frustrations, what you need, and where you want to go. No pitch, no pressure, just a real conversation.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
Fast. This is not a corporate operation with a ticket system and a three to five business day response window. I respond personally and typically within one business day. If it is urgent, call or text me directly at 540.491.4615.
What should I expect from our first conversation?
One word: heard. The first call is not about selling you anything. It is about understanding your business, your challenges, and what you actually need. You will walk away from that conversation with clarity on what your next step should be whether that step is with Novum or not.
Do I need to have a budget in mind before reaching out?
No. Budget conversations happen after we understand what you need, not before. Every Novum project is scoped around where you are right now and we offer flexible payment options on most projects so investment does not have to be a barrier to getting started. Reach out first and we will figure out what makes sense together.
Can I just call instead of filling out the form?
Yes. Call or text me directly at 540.491.4615. The form is there for people who prefer it but there is no wrong way to reach out. If you want to skip the form and just have a conversation, that works too.
