New Horizons Healthcare is an independent nonprofit community health center serving Roanoke since 1976. They provide family medicine, pediatrics, dentistry, behavioral health, pharmacy services, and addiction treatment - all on a sliding fee scale so no one is turned away based on ability to pay. The people they serve have real stories. Those stories were not being told in a way that could move a room, influence a legislator, or connect with a new patient who did not know help was available. That is exactly what this project is built to change.

- Six individual video testimonials - each roughly 90 seconds, featuring real patients and community members sharing their experience with New Horizons Healthcare
- Multi-format short-form clips - each testimonial cut into multiple 20-second variants so the organization can mix and rotate content across social media platforms
- One 2.5 to 3 minute compilation video - built from the testimonial footage, designed for commercial broadcast and legislative presentations
- Full production - on-location shooting, professional editing, licensed music, subtitles, and final delivery in multiple formats ready to use the day they are delivered
