Terms of Service
- Deposits are due up front before work begins.
- Monthly payments are accepted by auto draft only.
- 12-month plans: if the work is complete and you cancel within the 12-month term, the remaining payments are still due under the plan, though adjustments can be discussed.
- After 12 months, partnerships go month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with written 30-day notice.
- Photo and video work is due in full, unless we arrange a payment plan. Larger video projects can be split into payments.
- Ownership: you own the finished work once the 12-month term is complete and all assets are turned over to you, or whenever the work is paid in full, whichever comes first. Novum Creative retains the rights to the work for reference and portfolio purposes.
Disclaimers
- Our work, your results: we guarantee our work, not your results. We build it right and keep it consistent, but we cannot control what the public does. We can get you showing up in search results. We cannot guarantee the clicks, calls, or customers that follow.
- Third-party platforms: we are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates on platforms we do not control, including Google, Meta, and Squarespace. When they move, we adapt, but the platforms are theirs, not ours.
